Haramara means “Mother Sea”
Our home for the week will be Haramara Retreat, an intimate seaside yoga resort on the breathtaking coastal Riviera Nayarit, near the fishing village and surfing town of Sayulita, Mexico.
Haramara Retreat is situated above the Pacific Ocean on 12 private acres of tropical jungle. Spread across a private beach, and connected by a network of private trails, there are 18 unique individual casitas including a beautiful ample dorm, two yoga shalas, an open air dining room, a large comfortable terrace and a saltwater infinity pool.
We will be sharing the property with one other group.
Aside from daily yoga, meditation, pranayama, journaling and circle time, there is a gorgeous private beach to enjoy. The town of Sayulita is a 20 minute walk from Haramara Retreat. Sayulita is known for its surfing, shopping, Bohemian vibe, beaches, colorful streets and Mexican culture. There will be ample time to relax, to reconnect with yourself, to enjoy the abundance of natural beauty, swim in the ocean, sit on the beach, rest deeply and absorb all the good energy of this gorgeous and stunning setting. We will collectively immerse ourselves in time honored practices that have been lovingly shared through generations. Each retreat is a sacred opportunity to connect with kindred spirits and share our experiences and uplift one another on our journeys.
NOTE:
If you would like to use a phone or the internet you will need to go to one of the internet cafes in the town of Sayulita, a 5-minute taxi ride away. This lends to an opportunity to digitally detox from technology in a pure and natural setting so you can recharge body, mind and spirit. The Casitas have no electricity but lanterns are provided. You can charge devices in the dining room. Your cell phone, including data service, may work in Mexico. This depends on your service provider and plan. Please contact your service provider before you depart to make this determination.

A $500 non-refundable* deposit is due upon registration via check ,cash or Venmo. A payment plan can begin the month after your deposit. Final payment due no later than August 31, 2026.

Payment plans can be arranged. A 3% processing fee will apply if you pay with card.
Cancellation Policy:
Haramara has a very strict cancellation policy in place to help protect both their staff and business. Therefore I must follow suit to protect my deposit I’ve given them. You will forfeit ALL money rendered, unless I can replace your spot. I cannot offer any refunds 90 days prior to the retreat. This cancellation policy is strict and firm. I strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance on your retreat and airfare to protect your investment.
