Just minutes from the charming fishing village of Zambujeira do Mar and a short drive to the lively seaside town of Vila Nova de Milfontes, this retreat offers the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and soulful connection.

Nourish
Each day is nourished by incredible, farm-to-table vegetarian meals—freshly prepared using ingredients grown on the land or sourced from neighboring farms. Even the coffee is crafted in-house, adding to the intentional, grounded experience of being fully cared for.
Practice
You’ll practice in two beautiful yoga shalas—one indoor, one open to the elements—allowing you to move with the rhythm of nature. Between sessions, there is space to simply be: stretch out with a book, soak in the sauna, share meaningful conversations, swim in the lake, or wander the expansive property.
Explore
Just a 12-minute drive away, an untouched beach awaits—perfect for long walks, ocean swims, or quiet moments under the sun. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding countryside, where every turn reveals the quiet magic of Portugal’s Alentejo region—known for its wild coastline and whitewashed villages.
Getting there is simple: about 2 hours south of Lisbon and slightly closer from Faro. Most guests choose to rent a car, giving you the freedom to explore this stunning area at your own pace.
This retreat is an invitation—to rest deeply, move intentionally, and reconnect with yourself in a setting that feels both grounding and expansive.

A $500 non-refundable* deposit is due upon registration via check, cash or Venmo. A payment plan can begin the month after your deposit. Final payment due no later than April 1, 2027.

Tier 3Cancellation Policy
Cocoon Portugal has a very strict cancellation policy in place to help protect both their staff and business. Therefore I must follow suit to protect my deposit I’ve given them. You will forfeit ALL money rendered, unless I can replace your spot. I cannot offer any refunds 90 days prior to the retreat. This cancellation policy is strict and firm. I strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance on your retreat and airfare to protect your investment.
